THE SANDS 2022 GUESTS ARE ABLE TO RESERVE (3) THREE NIGHTS BEFORE AND AFTER EVENT.

FOR DAYS OUTSIDE OF WHAT IS LISTED, PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE AT 855-452-7900 M-F 10AM TO 6PM EST FOR RESORT AVAILABILITY.

EXTRA NIGHTS MUST BE PURCHASED BY 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. WITH THE POPULARITY OF THE RESORT, WE ADVISE PURCHASING EXTRA DAYS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

EXTRA DAYS BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

PURCHASING ADDITIONAL DAYS THROUGH THE SANDS WILL GUARANTEE TRANSFER TO AND FROM THE RESORT. IF YOU BOOK EXTRA DAYS EARLY ENOUGH, WE CAN GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET TO KEEP THE SAME ROOM.

IF YOU PURCHASE EXTRA DAYS OUTSIDE OF THE SANDS EITHER THROUGH THE RESORT OR THIRD PARTY- YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TRANSFER, AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET TO STAY IN THE SAME ROOM FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACQUIRE TRANSPORTATION. THE SANDS CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR AN ADDED COST.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PH SUITES AND STAR CLASS SUITES?

ALL ROOMS ARE PH SUITES.  STAR CLASS GIVES YOU A VIP EXPERIENCE AND ALLOWS PRIORITY ENTRANCE INTO CONCERTS. STAR CLASS GUESTS ALSO GET ADDITIONAL AMENITIES SUCH AS USE OF THE STAR CLASS LOUNGES, PERSONAL BUTLER SERVICE, AND PREMIUM LIQUOR CHOICES.

WHAT IF THE ROOM I WANT SAYS “SOLD OUT”?

IF THE ROOM YOU WANT SAYS SOLD OUT, RESERVE THE ROOM OF YOUR SECOND CHOICE, IN THE NOTES AT CHECKOUT, TYPE THE ROOM TYPE YOU WISH TO HAVE FIRST. WE WILL ADD YOU TO THE ROOMS WAITLIST.

HOW MUCH OF A DOWN PAYMENT IS REQUIRED? 

CURRENTLY WE ARE OFFERING A 50/50 PAYMENT PLAN. YOU WOULD PAY HALF DOWN AND THE OTHER HALF ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2022.

IF I CHOOSE THE SPLIT PAYMENT PLAN HOW DOES THAT WORK?

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS ARE CURRENTLY ON A 50/50 PAYMENT PLAN INSTALLMENT.

PAYMENT PLANS HAVE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $200 ADDED TO THE RESERVATION.

PAYMENT PLANS REQUIRE A DOWN PAYMENT OF HALF THE ROOM COST. YOU WILL BE EMAILED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AFTER MAKING YOUR FIRST INSTALLMENT.

CAN I ROOM ALONE? 

WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING JUNIOR SUITES FOR SINGLES. PLEASE CLICK BOOK NOW AND GO TO JUNIOR SUITES. 

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

THERE IS NO DRESS CODE DURING OUR EVENT. HOWEVER, WE ARE SHOOTING FOR A 80’S/GEN X AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE, AND ENCOURAGE OUR GUESTS TO WEAR WHAT THEY WORE OR WOULD WEAR IN THOSE DECADES AT A CARIBBEAN RESORT.

IF YOU PURCHASE ADDITIONAL DAYS OUTSIDE OF THE EVENT, THE RESORT DRESS CODE WILL BE ENFORCED DURING THOSE DAYS.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED? 

THERE IS A NO SMOKING POLICY IN THE ROOMS, SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED OUTSIDE.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO MEXICO. YOUR PASSPORT MUST MATCH YOUR I.D.

YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT A MEXICAN IMMIGRATION FORM. THEY CAN BE FOUND ONLINE AT INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE MIGRACIÓN – FORMA MIGRATORIA MÚLTIPLE (INM.GOB.MX).

MAKE YOURSELF FAMILIAR WITH INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL LAWS.

WHAT TYPE OF MEDICAL IS AVAILABLE?

THE RESORT HAS A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL ONSITE AND AVAILABLE.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A COSTUME FOR THE PARTIES? 

NO, BUT WE ENCOURAGE (IT IS FUN) YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN COSTUME CONTESTS AND THEME NIGHTS. SEE “DRESS CODE”.

 OPPORTUNITY TO MEET ANY TALENT AT THE RESORT?  

ACTORS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR MEET & GREETS AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK TO ALL GUESTS, THIS WILL BE POSTED ON THE EVENT SCHEDULE.

WHAT MAKES OUR EVENT SO GREAT IS THAT IT IS INTIMATE ENOUGH TO CATCH A GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO MEET THE MUSICAL TALENT ON OUR LINEUP. WE ASK OUR ENTERTAINMENT TO HANG OUT FOR AT LEAST A 3 DAY MINIMUM….SOMETIMES THEY DO, SOMETIMES THEY DON’T…. SO KEEP YOUR PHONES CLOSE BY 😉

HOW WILL WE KNOW THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS? 

WE WILL POST THE FULL 2022 SCHEDULE LATE SUMMER. TENTATIVE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE SOON.

CAN I STAY AT ANOTHER RESORT OR LOCAL RESIDENCE AND STILL COME TO THE CONCERTS (BUY DAY PASSES) OR ATTEND THE EVENT?

SORRY, THIS IS AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE SO NO DAY PASSES OR LIMITED STAYS ARE OFFERED.

IS PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE?

ONCE YOU HAVE SECURED YOUR RESERVATION, THE PRICE WILL NOT CHANGE.

HOWEVER, THE COST FOR THE EVENT / NEW RESERVATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME DUE TO MARKET DEMAND.  WE DO NOT ALLOW ROOM DOWNGRADES.

ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS?   

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY DOWN PAYMENTS, PAYMENTS OR PAID IN FULL RESERVATIONS. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE. (PLEASE SEE NEXT QUESTION FOR MORE)

FEES:

IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE OR MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION BEFORE 60 DAYS OF EVENT, THERE WILL BE A $50 RESORT ADMIN FEE.

IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE OR MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 60 DAYS OF EVENT, THERE WILL BE A $125 RESORT ADMIN FEE.

$35 FEE FOR DECLINED PAYMENTS NOT PROCESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

$35 FEE FOR NON-PAYMENT AFTER 48 HOURS.

RESERVATIONS THAT HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THEIR CONFIRMED ROOMMATE NAME(S) BY SEPTEMBER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $45 RESORT ADMIN FEE.

IF I CAN’T GO, CAN I TRANSFER THE BOOKING TO SOMEONE ELSE? 

YOU BASICALLY OWN THE ROOM AND MAY SELL THE ROOM IF YOU CAN’T GO.  YOU WOULD NEED TO CALL US TO TRANSFER THE INFORMATION OR WE CAN SELL FOR YOU WITH OUR WAIT LIST. ($100 ADMINISTRATION FEE ON ROOM SELLS AND FOR ALL TRANSFERS).  

IF I SELL MY ROOM, DOES THE SANDS PROCESS THE REFUND?  

THE SANDS CAN PROCESS THE REFUND HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE A 3.5% FEE CHARGED TO THE CARDHOLDER. TO AVOID THE 3.5% FEE, PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE ORIGINAL GUEST ON THE RESERVATION AND ONLY THE $100 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL APPLY.

OFFICIAL COVID POLICY:

  1. IF THE SANDS OR THE RESORT RESCHEDULES, YOUR RESERVATION WILL CARRY OVER TO THE NEW RESCHEDULE DATE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST. IF YOU CAN’T MAKE THE RESCHEDULE DATE THEN WE WILL PROVIDE A REFUND PROVIDED YOU COMPLETED OUR REFUND FORM AND FOLLOWED OUR POLICY.
