EXTRA NIGHTS

You can add up to 3 extra nights before and after the event by clicking the ADD EXTRA NIGHTS button on the product page, below the cart menu.

Purchasing extra nights through The Sands guarantees ground transfer to and from the airport (cun) to the resort, and if booked early enough, we will work on confirming the same room for your entire stay.

If you purchase extra nights outside of The Sands (through the resort or a third party), you will be responsible for your own transfer and will be subject to moving rooms on those nights.

Extra nights are refundable up to 30 days before the event. We strongly suggest purchasing extra nights as soon as possible for the best chance of staying in the same room for those nights.

PAYMENT PLAN

Need a little more time to pay for your ultimate vacation? We understand and can help! Choose PAYMENT PLAN as your payment method and secure your reservation before we sell out!

Our payment plan allows you to pay over several installments. Just make the $1000 DEPOSIT now, and the remainder is split over the course of several months.

Monthly installments are due on the 18th of every month, starting with the contract month. All balances must be paid by September 18th.

After making the initial deposit, you will be sent a credit card authorization form to be filled out within 4 business days. This will initiate subsequent payments being charged automatically to the card provided.

All payment plans add a $400 ADMINISTRATION FEE to the room cost. Coupons are applied to the remaining balance.

EXTRA NIGHTS

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING YOUR EXTRA NIGHTS NOW, even if you are not 100% sure of your commitment.

Because of Planet Hollywood’s popularity, it is becoming increasingly harder to secure pre & post-dates. The resort is actively selling the dates outside our event, and we don’t want you to miss out on extending your stay.

You can add Extra Nights during your room purchase (recommended). Select ADD EXTRA NIGHTS in the cart options prior to checkout.

EXTRA NIGHTS ARE 100% REFUNDABLE UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.

WAITLIST

If the room category you prefer is SOLD OUT, reserve your second choice category to secure your reservation.

After checkout, return to the PRICING page, select your preferred room category and complete the waitlist form at the top of the page.

If you wish to be added to the Waitlist without securing your reservation, please contact us at 855-452-7900.

Please note that we cannot guarantee any room without a reservation, and Guests with current reservations (including DOWN PAYMENTS) take priority on the waitlist.
