The seating provided on the map is for the Party Pool and adjacent beach. It does not reflect the Reserved Pool designated for those who purchased Reserved Rooms. This pool would be nearby to the left of the map and open seating for all Reserved Room guests.

Reserved Seating Guidelines

  • Reservations are non-refundable – rain or shine.
  • Locations are approximate. We have done our best to represent accurate placement.
  • All seating selections have varying site lines. Umbrellas & palm trees may impede visibility of the stage from some angles.
  • Layouts are pre-configured and may not be moved.
  • Reserved pool is available for reserved room guests only.
By Reserving pool seating, you are participating in The Sand’s biggest Charity Fundraiser! a portion of proceeds from all reservations goes to The Sands Charities fund. Thank You!

BOTTLE SELECTION

YOU WILL RECIEVE AN EMAIL WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE EVENT WITH A COMPLETE LIST OF BOTTLES TO CHOOSE FROM. WE ARE WAITING FOR FINAL CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABLE SELECTIONS FROM THE RESORT. YOU WILL HAVE OPTIONS INCLUDING WINE, CHAMPAGNE, WHISKEY, GIN, VODKA, RUM, & TEQUILA.

NOTE: IF SELECTIONS ARE NOT SUBMITTED BY THE PROVIDER, YOUR OPTIONS WILL BE LIMITED BASED ON AVAILABILITY.

OPEN SEATING

Open Seating Guidelines

As always, seats are available Free of Charge on a first-come-first-served basis.

To keep the process orderly, we have the following guidelines:

  • Saving seats begins at 7 am each day.
  • Open seating is preconfigured to comply with safety standards and many not be moved.
  • No overnight holds. All chairs will be checked & cleared at 7 am – All collected items will be brought to lost & found (located in t he sands store).
  • Resort towels do not count as placeholders – unless secured with a sands towel band.
  • Sands towel bands are a convenient option for holds but are not mandatory. They are available online and on-site in the sands store (while supplies last).
  • Items left on chair for holds must be personal in nature. (i.e: shoes, clothing, floaties, beach bag, sands towel, sands towel band, etc.)
  • Leaving valuable unattended is at your discretion.
  • You may not save seats in a reserved section. Reserved seating is marked with signage (some are also roped off).

NOTE: Umbrellas are limited for open seating.
